# CIO Cafe

> CIO Cafe (cio.cafe) is a peer community for chief information officers and senior technology leaders. Members meet in small, vetted, off-the-record tables of eight, under the Chatham House Rule with no vendors or sponsors present, to work through one hard decision at a time. Each table produces an anonymized Field Brief.

Key facts:
- Audience: sitting CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs and CIO-track VPs. Vendors and sales roles are excluded.
- Format: tables capped at 8 people; 90 minutes; monthly; one framed decision per table.
- Confidentiality: Chatham House Rule; tables are never recorded.
- Joining: request a seat at https://cio.cafe/membership/ ; every request is reviewed by a person within two business days.
